To make the process easier for you, I provide the Summer Detox Recipes to ensure that you have plenty to eat during the 5 days. My goal is to focus on good whole grains, proteins and vegetables and to stay away from caffeine, sugar, dairy, red meat, pork and gluten.
We’ll eat foods that nourish us and increase our bodies’ natural detox processes.
We’ll also slow down our hectic lives as much as we can and pay attention to our eating habits so we can begin to learn about our relationship with food and what we can do to make some positive changes.
