Every woman’s body is different, especially during the years of perimenopause and menopause.
Some women are looking for clarity around what’s happening in their body.
Others want deeper coaching and support as they create lasting changes.

Below are a few ways we can work together depending on what you need most right now.
​Health Strategy Session
45 minutes
A Health Strategy Session is a focused conversation designed to help you better understand what may be contributing to the symptoms you're experiencing. This session is a great starting point if you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.
During our time together we may explore:
• cravings and blood sugar patterns
• digestion and bloating
• hormone changes during midlife
• current eating habits and daily routines
• simple shifts that could support your metabolism and energy
You will leave the session with a clearer understanding of what your body may be asking for and practical next steps to begin supporting your health.
1:1 Integrative Health Coaching
3-Month Coaching Program
This program is designed for women who want ongoing support as they begin creating meaningful and sustainable changes.
Over three months we work together to better understand your body and build habits that support your health during this stage of life.

Together we focus on things like:
• reducing sugar cravings
• supporting metabolism and hormone balance
• improving digestion and easing bloating
• building balanced meals that work for your body
• creating daily habits that support energy and well-being
Coaching provides accountability, guidance, and encouragement as you move forward at a pace that feels realistic and supportive.
Food & Environmental Intolerance Testing
Many women experience ongoing symptoms like bloating, fatigue, headaches, skin irritation, or digestive discomfort without realizing that certain foods or environmental exposures may be contributing.
Food and Environmental Intolerance Testing can help identify potential sensitivities that may be affecting how your body feels.
This information can provide valuable insight and help guide more personalized nutrition and lifestyle choices moving forward.
Individual Coaching Sessions
​For returning clients or women who want occasional support, individual coaching sessions provide a space to check in, review progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
These sessions are helpful for:
• troubleshooting challenges
• reviewing nutrition and lifestyle habits
• staying accountable to your goals
• continuing to learn how your body responds to changes
Reflexology
Reflexology is a relaxing, supportive therapy that focuses on specific pressure points in the feet connected to different systems of the body.
Many clients find reflexology helpful for:

• supporting relaxation and sleep
• easing tension
• promoting overall balance in the body
Reiki
​Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation and helps calm the nervous system.
Many women find Reiki helpful when they are experiencing:

• difficulty relaxing
• emotional strain during life transitions
Sessions are deeply calming and can complement other wellness practices.
