I primarily work with women between the ages of 40 and 55 who are navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause. Many of the women I support are experiencing things like:

• Stubborn weight gain, especially around the midsection
• Bloating and digestive discomfort
• Low or inconsistent energy
• Poor sleep
• Hormone shifts that feel confusing or frustrating
