Integrative health coaching for women navigating hormone shifts, metabolism changes, digestive discomfort, and the many questions that come with
perimenopause and menopause.
At Authentic Wellness, I help men and women improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes that support metabolism, digestion, energy, inflammation, and overall well-being.
Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated. They're trying to make healthy choices, yet still struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, sugar cravings, digestive concerns, inflammation, poor sleep, blood sugar imbalances, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, or simply not feeling like themselves.
My approach focuses on metabolic, gut, hormone, and lifestyle health, using practical, realistic strategies that fit into everyday life. Together, we work to better understand what your body needs and build habits that support long-term health rather than relying on quick fixes or restrictive approaches.
Whether your goal is to improve metabolic health, address insulin resistance, support fatty liver, reduce inflammation, improve gut health, navigate autoimmune concerns, support cardiovascular health, or simply feel stronger and more energized, we focus on building a foundation that supports lasting results.
While I work with both men and women, I also offer specialized support for women navigating hormone changes, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and the unique health challenges that often arise during midlife.
As a Certified Integrative Health Coach with advanced training in metabolic health, GLP-1s, hormone balance, gut health, and autoimmune support, I help clients better understand their bodies and create sustainable habits that support long-term health, energy, and vitality.
