We introduce exercise into your routine in ways that work for you! No marathons-let's start with a nice calm walk. It's ok! Flexibility is important when you are trying to create a new lifestyle.

We tackle CRAVINGS! Everyone has them- the good news is-once we get to the root of what's causing those nasty cravings and address that root cause-cravings have a way of magically disappearing.

I help provide a road map so it doesn't seem quite so big anymore. I teach you how to navigate a grocery store, read food labels and start to truly understand what is healthy, what is good for you and when it makes sense to use organic products-and when it might not matter! I teach you how to food prep and how to invest your time in the kitchen wisely.
